Cardiology Advanced Practice Clinician Opportunity

TeamHealth is seeking a skilled Cardiology Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to join our growing post-acute care team in the Syracuse, New York area. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cardiology consults for adults in skilled nursing facilities Monday through Friday
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Participate in weekday rounding at our skilled nursing facility partners
Requirements:
  • Current New York nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) license and DEA
  • Preferred candidates have two (2) years of cardiology or post-acute care experience
  • Additional Cardiology training will be provided
