  • Colaborar con el Controlador en los cierres de fin de mes, incluyendo la preparación y revisión de diversas conciliaciones de cuentas, acumulaciones y análisis.
  • Coordinar los materiales de informes de fin de mes y otras solicitudes de informes ad-hoc, asegurando que se genere información y documentación financiera de alta calidad.
  • Supervisar las funciones de Cuentas por Pagar y preparar las entradas de diario relacionadas, así como la conciliación de cuentas de efectivo en el libro contable.
  • Preparar documentos de trabajo y entradas de diario relacionadas con informes de gastos de empleados, facturas de oficina y asignaciones de costos.
  • Revisar las conciliaciones bancarias mensuales y las actualizaciones semanales de seguimiento de efectivo.
  • Asistir en la finalización de entregables de fin de trimestre, incluyendo archivos de trabajo, estados financieros, estados de cuentas de capital y varios informes ad-hoc.
  • Revisar los cálculos de intereses devengados y tarifas de gestión para asegurar su precisión.
  • Asegurar la facturación y cobro oportuno de cuentas por cobrar.
  • Procesar transferencias y giros en sistemas bancarios en línea.
  • Colaborar en el proceso de auditoría de fin de año junto con los auditores.
  • Asistir con el cumplimiento fiscal.
  • Participar en proyectos para desarrollar y mantener controles internos y procesos comerciales.
  • Actualizar materiales de marketing y asistir con relaciones con inversores.
  • Atender solicitudes ad-hoc de partes interesadas internas y externas.
Requisitos:
  • Título universitario en contabilidad con 2 o más años de experiencia laboral.
  • CPA preferido.
  • Fuerte historial académico con capacidad analítica cuantitativa y cualitativa demostrada.
  • Interés en adquirir experiencia en el sector de capital privado y fuertes lazos/interés en el área metropolitana de Boston.
Habilidades:
  • Capacidad para priorizar y manejar múltiples tareas en un entorno de trabajo dinámico.
  • Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y gran atención al detalle.
  • Ética laboral superior con la capacidad de trabajar de manera independiente y colaborativa.
  • Fuerte comprensión de la contabilidad.
  • Alta competencia en Excel, PowerPoint y Microsoft Word.
  • Capacidad para desempeñar múltiples roles como se espera en una firma en rápido crecimiento.
