About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the finance team at Raytheon Technologies as a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and insightful management analysis with recommendations enabling the programs to execute according to our cost and schedule baseline, while maximizing financial objectives for the company and its shareholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, with experience in program controls, EVMS, data analysis, and/or FP&A. They will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with Program Management teams and other functional organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare various financial deliverables, including 5-Year and Annual Operation Plans, monthly financial forecasts and operational reviews, Short Range Outlook (SRO), Baseline Management, EAC's, Monthly SDRLs, and all aspects of governance and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and insightful management analysis with recommendations enabling the programs to execute according to our cost and schedule baseline, while maximizing financial objectives for the company and its shareholders.

Requirements

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued (Secret) security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
  • Typically requires 5 years of related professional work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of related professional work experience.
  • Experience with SAP, APEX, RPLAN, Business Warehouse, EDIT+, ProPricer, forProject or a similar system.
  • Experience in Program Controls, EVMS, data analysis and/or FP&A.

This role is a U.S.-based role, and the successful candidate will be expected to work onsite in Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
