Evening Custodian

Seattle Maintenance Services is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cleaner/Janitor to join our professional staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our corporate clients in Seattle and surrounding areas.

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep buildings in a clean condition, perform all heavy-duty cleaning, and engage in regular maintenance activities.
• Facilities Management: Clean building floors, gather and empty indoor trash, clean and service restrooms, and clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Security and Safety: Engage in building security and safety activities, including checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliances, and moving equipment, supplies, and furniture.
• Reporting and Maintenance: Inform managers about required repair and maintenance activities, maintain tools and equipment, and require supplies of necessary tools and equipment.
