Job Summary

The Business Development Associate will play a key role in supporting the growth and expansion of Code Consultants Inc. by driving business development activities across various regions and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage conference/event tasks, region-specific tasks, and service-specific tasks to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Execute database management and client relationship tracking tasks to maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute effective business development strategies and provide detailed analysis and insights.
  • Complete assigned tasks as requested by the Director or Principals to ensure seamless execution of business development activities.
Qualification Package Tasks
  • Manage all tasks associated with Qualification Packages, including Firm Profile Development, Resume development for all staff, and Update Project Experience Lists yearly.
  • Coordinate with the BD Director on updates to master documents and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conference and Event Tasks
  • Coordinate conference registration and travel arrangements with the CCI team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Update conference information in the BD drive and CRM system to maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct conference research and reach out to potential clients for meetings to drive business growth.
  • Prepare qualification packages, attendee lists, and agenda schedules for CCI attendees to ensure effective communication.
Industry-Specific Tasks
  • Expand knowledge in the industry related to conferences by reviewing publications and attending virtual sessions to stay up-to-date.
  • Research and recommend opportunities for client reach-outs to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director to determine potential industry marketing campaigns to expand the company's reach.
Region-Specific Tasks
  • Coordinate BD efforts for multiple regions, including coordination with regional participants and tracking marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Research and recommend local seminars, conferences, and events to expand the company's reach.
Service-Specific Tasks
  • Coordinate BD efforts for specific services, meeting with Principals and Directors to develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate service-specific expansions, including integrating with conference and region-specific tasks to ensure seamless execution.
Client Relationship Tasks
  • Maintain accurate client relationship records, using CRM to track interactions, proposals, and opportunities to ensure effective communication.
  • Research and track client movements between firms and provide updates to CCI team members to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Entry-level and experienced professionals accepted.

Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, data entry, and research methodologies. Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.

Other: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Office-based, no travel.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
