About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our fabrication and assembly team. As an Assembly Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install wire harnesses and connect wires according to diagrams.
  • Use power tools and hand tools to install compressors.
  • Perform foaming operations by connecting units to machines and filling them with insulating foam material.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure high standards.
  • Perform repetitive lifting of 30-40lb parts, up to 50+ times per day.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a job requiring standing for at least 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
  • Ability to repetitively lift 30-40lb parts.
  • Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
  • Ownership of steel-toed or composite-toed protective shoes.
  • Ability to work safely and produce high-quality work.
