About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our fabrication and assembly team. As an Assembly Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process.
Key Responsibilities- Install wire harnesses and connect wires according to diagrams.
- Use power tools and hand tools to install compressors.
- Perform foaming operations by connecting units to machines and filling them with insulating foam material.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure high standards.
- Perform repetitive lifting of 30-40lb parts, up to 50+ times per day.
- Previous experience in a job requiring standing for at least 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week.
- Ability to repetitively lift 30-40lb parts.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
- Ownership of steel-toed or composite-toed protective shoes.
- Ability to work safely and produce high-quality work.
Aerotek offers a competitive salary of $19.50/hour, paid holidays, additional floating holidays, 120 hours of vacation, and 40 hours of sick time per year.
