Talento Search Group has an opening for an CNC Applications Engineering Technician in Noblesville, IN.  This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $33-$42+ per hour, depending on level of experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create working drawings and designs of CNC machines for customers
  • Determine engineering modifications and changes needed
  • Assist in preparing of proposals and quotes for customers
  • Communicate with customers for product specifications
  • Writes CNC programs for products
  • Assist in determining tooling, preparing packing lists and shipping information
  • Support product testing and development
  • Installs, sets up machine properly and troubleshoots any issues
  • Assists customers with programming and technical assistance
  • May require domestic and international travel


Experience Needed:

  • HS Diploma needed
  • At least 2 years of related experience/training in project management, engineering technology, CNC programming, workholding and tooling within manufacturing
  • Strong Communication, math and reasoning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
