Job Title: Construction Crane Management Specialist

About the Job

Forgen is looking for a highly skilled Construction Crane Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee crane operations, develop lift plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a fleet of cranes, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated safely.
  • Collaborate with project managers to determine crane requirements for projects, guaranteeing proper working pads are in place.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in crane operation and management.
  • NCCCO Mobile Crane Operator Certification for Lattice Boom Crane (LBC), Telescopic Boom Crane – Swing Cab (TLL), Telescopic Boom Crane – Fixed Cab (TSS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
