Job Overview

BD Holt Company is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our line of crane equipment and services to customers in a defined geographic territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and marketing of crane equipment and services.
  • Built and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate and promote company products efficiently to potential customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Three years of work-related experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the construction or equipment industry.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle over 10,000 pounds gross vehicle weight.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
