ASM Global Group is seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team at Soldier Field. As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and providing exceptional service to all guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
- Gather and maintain the requisite equipment for each event.
- Familiarize yourself with the layout and history of Soldier Field.
- Help guests by providing general information about Soldier Field, transportation, ADA, concessions, restrooms, seating areas, and more.
- Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor at all times.
- Inform guests with Soldier Field etiquette, policies, and procedures only during major events.
- Assist with guests' needs and questions during high levels of visitation times.
- Maintain knowledge about Soldier Field programs and events to better serve the guests.
- Relay information when needed to supervisor throughout events.
- Utilize briefing reports to ensure proper communication with guests and supervisor.
- Observe guests and anticipate guest needs during events.
- Assist directing guests, answering questions, and relaying messages to supervisor when you do not know how to best assist the guest.
- Complete other projects and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be comfortable in large crowds – noise levels in the work environment are frequently loud.
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors; may be exposed to all weather conditions, including extreme cold and heat.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with other stadium teams throughout the venue.
- Ability to memorize the layout of Soldier Field (seating sections, restrooms, gates, codes, etc.).
- Ability to remain in your position for an entire shift.
- Ability to maneuver throughout the facility.
