Job Summary

AEG is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive, Group Revenue to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing group ticket revenue through new sales initiatives and renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and sell available group tickets, individual game suites, and season ticket plans on a full, half, or partial basis.
  • Achieve daily and weekly goals related to activity levels, including calls, emails, text messaging, appointments, and prospecting.
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Set up and conduct high-end presentations to assist in group sales.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to appointed, existing, and new clients.
  • Work closely with Ticket Operations to ensure efficient quality servicing of accounts.
  • Participate in game day responsibilities, including ticket sales, meeting with ticket holders, engaging prospective clients, promotions, and sales.
  • Facilitate special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Four-year college degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster and Archtics ticketing system preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience in sports or entertainment preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, including handling heavy phone volumes, both outbound and inbound.
  • Flexible work schedule and ability to work in an outdoor stadium environment.

AEG offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive base salary of $45,000, plus commission.
