AEG is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive, Group Revenue to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing group ticket revenue through new sales initiatives and renewals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and sell available group tickets, individual game suites, and season ticket plans on a full, half, or partial basis.
- Achieve daily and weekly goals related to activity levels, including calls, emails, text messaging, appointments, and prospecting.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual revenue goals.
- Set up and conduct high-end presentations to assist in group sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to appointed, existing, and new clients.
- Work closely with Ticket Operations to ensure efficient quality servicing of accounts.
- Participate in game day responsibilities, including ticket sales, meeting with ticket holders, engaging prospective clients, promotions, and sales.
- Facilitate special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Four-year college degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Ticketmaster and Archtics ticketing system preferred.
- A minimum of two years of sales experience in sports or entertainment preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, including handling heavy phone volumes, both outbound and inbound.
- Flexible work schedule and ability to work in an outdoor stadium environment.
AEG offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive base salary of $45,000, plus commission.
