Marketing Liaison Field Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Centers Plan for Healthy Living. We are seeking a highly energetic and proactive Marketing Liaison Field Representative to generate leads for our agency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process and its dynamics, as well as superb interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. The position reports to the Director of Business Development and will contribute to the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers by providing a strong and continuous presence.
- Establish and execute a comprehensive sales plan for each account.
- Define and achieve agreed-upon sales targets on a periodic basis.
- Meet with families upon receiving referrals to review services and sign consents.
- Provide visibility for our company and services by participating in community programs, health fairs, support groups, and similar community engagement opportunities.
- Champion Centers Plan for Healthy Living's purpose and values by practicing empathy and inclusion.
Requirements:
- College degree preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred, with expertise in the private pay home care/long-term care sector highly preferred.
- Background in the concierge industry a plus.
- Ability to get creative and sustain relationships.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing with the ability to achieve revenue goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Valid driver's license and car preferred.
Work Environment:
- Field-based.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00.
- Travel required: Yes.
- Travel percentage: 100%.
