Job Overview
Diverse Lynx is seeking a skilled Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Utilize Excel and Access to manage databases and perform data analysis
• Create complex presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations
• Design charts and graphs using various database information to inform business decisions
• Assist with training class scheduling and ensure proper classroom setup
• Create surveys to gather feedback and insights from stakeholders
• Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones and making travel arrangements

Requirements
• 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $15.00-$21.00 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
