The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resource strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of human resources experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
