Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team as a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including onboarding and compliance of caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Caregiver Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for caregivers, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and home care regulations, maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Policy Development: Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with agency goals and legal requirements.
  • Training and Development: Implement training programs for caregivers and staff to ensure ongoing professional growth and regulatory compliance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, in the home care, healthcare, or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a team and overseeing HR functions such as compliance, and onboarding
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations applicable to home care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual candidates are highly preferred (Spanish).

Salary: 115k per year.
