Responsibilities:


Organize and categorize shipping tickets, determine shipment routes, and liaise with transportation companies to ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.

Prepare necessary export documentation and quality assurance paperwork for all required shipments.

Ensure accurate attendance records and employee work hours are maintained.

Disseminate shipment information to relevant stakeholders.

Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the office and sample operations area, adhering to 5S principles.

Prioritize employee safety with a goal of zero accidents.

Participate in special projects and teams aimed at fostering continuous improvement.

Manage the printing and processing of all customer shipments, ensuring timely dispatch within the Distribution Centers' control.

Provide accurate documentation for all shipments.

Ensure that direct reports are processing orders on a first-in, first-out basis.


Engage with customer service daily to confirm that operational targets are met regarding monthly shipment values, contingent upon order availability.

Maintain daily records of employee attendance and time processing. Verify hours worked, attendance, and vacation requests.

Oversee the sample area, ensuring adherence to 5S practices and timely shipment of samples to customers.

Qualifications:
A four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

A minimum of three years of experience in shipping is essential, along with a comprehensive understanding of general manufacturing processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

Proven leadership abilities are required.

Excellent interpersonal skills for managing challenging employee situations are essential.

Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), is mandatory.
