Job Title: Account Manager

At Unwired Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large client caseload, ensuring clients' needs are met, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large client caseload, ensuring clients' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Initiate and manage successful onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Negotiate agreements with clients to maximize profits and drive business growth.
  • Review client's monthly invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payment.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, leadership, and team members.
  • Monitor account status on a regular and consistent basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure client's needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Run ad-hoc reports per client requests, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
  • Professional individual with ability to perform independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and applications, with a strong ability to adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to negotiate and build relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to develop solutions that meet both client and company needs.
  • Ability to proactively identify areas of improvement and act with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multi-task, work with multiple team members, and manage deadlines.
  • High-quality organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM or Salesforce, with a strong ability to learn new systems.
  • Reliable and self-accountable, with a strong ability to perform job-related tasks, finish assigned projects, and meet deadlines.
