Job Summary

As a Manufacturing Project Manager at Lockheed Martin, you will lead a multi-site team to achieve Production Operations objectives for one or more Undersea Warfare Programs. Your responsibilities will encompass managing program baseline plans, conducting capacity, resource, and staffing analyses, and serving as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for contract control accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-site team to achieve Production Operations objectives
  • Manage program baseline plans and conduct capacity, resource, and staffing analyses
  • Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for contract control accounts
  • Collaborate with Technical Operations, Sourcing, Quality, Mission Success, and Finance teams

Requirements
  • Full spectrum leadership skills
  • Ability to influence peers within and outside of Production Operations
  • Ability to drive team to effectively solve complex problems
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the organization

Desired Skills
  • Experience leading a multi-site manufacturing effort
  • Control Account Manager (CAM) experience
  • Lean / Six Sigma training and experience
  • Experience working in a represented environment
