Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Liverpool, NY team due to continued growth.
The successful candidate will oversee the completion of assigned jobs by maintaining contract documents, coordinating with sales and design teams, handling materials/equipment, and scheduling suitable manpower requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining contract documents throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring changes from bulletins, addenda, etc.
- Processing change orders in a timely manner, including regular follow-up with GC/CM for updates.
- Maintaining continual communications with GC/CM and providing regular status updates.
- Performing weekly safety walkthroughs and site safety audits, and documenting completion.
- Collecting timesheets from field personnel to submit to the Branch Manager.
- Performing monthly billing updates for all assigned contract jobs.
- Submitting documentation and application for construction permits when required.
- Overseeing weekly project manpower requirements for scheduling.
- Maintaining communications and coordination with the fire marshal.
Requirements include:
- Previous experience in Project Management, preferably in the Fire Protection industry, or an equivalent combination of experience and schooling.
- Good oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Moderate to advanced computer skills.
- Time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and analyze building construction documents.
- Good mathematical skills with the ability to read, understand, and create financial reports.
