Project Director - Oil and Gas

Chronos Consulting seeks a seasoned Project Director - Oil and Gas to lead our projects in the energy sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that span across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage resources, schedules, financials, and adhere to control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle.
• Manage issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to improve project delivery.
• Provide on-site leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals.
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule, and within budget close.
• Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills.
• Experience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, team members, stakeholders, and peers.
• Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
