Senior Construction Estimator and Project Manager

Cedar Park Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Estimator and Project Manager to lead our site civil construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role in both estimating and managing construction projects. If you have a strong background in construction estimating and project management and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate cost estimates by reviewing project plans, specifications, and documents.
- Lead and manage the estimation process, utilizing industry-standard software (e.g., ProCore, Bluebeam, Foundation, B2W).
- Prepare and submit bid packages, negotiate contracts with subcontractors, and ensure competitive pricing.
- Oversee all phases of project management, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and timeline management.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress, ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns that arise.
- Perform post-project analysis to evaluate estimates and identify improvement areas.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in project management and estimating software (ProCore, Bluebeam, B2W, Foundation).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and work well under pressure.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but not required.
