Business Development Representative

Aaron's AutoGlass is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with existing customers, and contributing to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to promote our services
- Build trust and partnerships with decision-makers to secure long-term agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Provide regular sales reports, analysis, and insights to management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or service industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems
- Familiarity with local market and industry connections
