Job Overview

Aaron's AutoGlass is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with existing customers, and contributing to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations to promote our services
  • Build trust and partnerships with decision-makers to secure long-term agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Provide regular sales reports, analysis, and insights to management

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or service industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
