About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team at Thunderbolt. As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for creating outstanding sales texts and adapting your tone to fit various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales text strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers and coders, to optimize sales texts for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Analyze benchmarks for click-through rates and open rates to inform sales text optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales text creation and optimization
Requirements
  • Proven experience in creating convincing sales texts that drive customer activation and conversion
  • Strong understanding of Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and its application in sales text optimization
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to fit various marketing channels
  • Proficiency in using tools like Klick Tipp, Klaviyo, and Active Campaign for automating and personalizing marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of the concept of a hero story and its effective use in sales text creation
  • Fluency in German at C2 level, with the ability to create high-quality sales texts in this language
