About the Role

ECHO Incorporated is a leading manufacturer of high-performance outdoor power equipment. We're seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive our digital strategy forward.

This is a hybrid role that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing annual digital advertising plans, leading website strategy, and managing content creation across all owned websites and properties.

You will also oversee comprehensive SEO strategies, develop targeted email marketing campaigns, and leverage online reporting tools to monitor and optimize activities against established KPIs.

As a leader, you will foster a positive and productive environment for your team, empowering them to contribute their best work and achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual digital advertising plans to increase desired metrics
  • Lead and implement website strategy across all owned websites and properties
  • Manage existing content and new content creation for ECHO's .com properties and sites
  • Oversee comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic acquisition
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and generate leads
  • Leverage online reporting tools to monitor and optimize activities against established KPIs
  • Lead a team of talented individuals by fostering a positive and productive environment

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in B2C or D2C digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of consumer goods marketing principles
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing direct reports
  • Strong analytical skillset with proven ability to translate data into actionable narratives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable plans
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)

Travel:

Up to 25% domestic and international travel is required for this role
