Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR Consultant to join our team in Troy, Michigan, on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ADP, recruiting, onboarding, Excel, training, development, compensation analysis, and HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Utilize ADP for HR operations and payroll management.
  • Conduct training sessions and development programs for employees.
  • Perform compensation analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain and update HR data and reports using Excel.
  • Provide expert advice on HR best practices and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar role.
  • Proficiency with ADP systems.
  • Strong recruiting and onboarding skills.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Experience in training, development, and compensation analysis.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
