This permanent position offers a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. You will be working 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour day shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (R.N.) from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Alaska.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or a related field.
