About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Foundation Health Partners. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading by example with your expertise and passion for nursing.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Lead and mentor nurses in their professional development, promoting evidence-based practice and best outcomes for patients.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry developments and advancements, applying this expertise to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's) and current RN licensure in Alaska.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute or non-acute care settings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
Compensation:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
