About the Role:
This dream job calls for a seasoned professional with a depth of experience in senior living sales and/or healthcare. Strategic thinking, masterful communication, and influential leadership will serve as the backbone of your endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a high-performing sales team through coaching, training, and collaboration
- Work closely with the Sr. Director of Corporate Sales to define and implement comprehensive sales strategies
- Establish measurable objectives, milestones, and deliverables for regional sales teams
- Conduct thorough audits and assessments of sales processes across assigned regions
- Optimize sales process efficiency, incorporating best practices and technology advancements
- Participate in executive decision-making processes and assist in resolving critical challenges
- Research competitors, analyzing trends and adapting regional strategies accordingly

Requirements:
To thrive in this position, you'll require:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing or related field
• Proven track record of selling in dynamic environments (senior living experience beneficial)
• At least 3 years' experience as a multi-community/regional sales manager, leveraging supervisory expertise
• Deep knowledge of daily census reporting and conversion ratios for SLCs
• Estimated salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year
• Location: Multiple locations within Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan
