Residential Care Specialist

Hale Na au Pono is seeking a qualified Residential Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide care and support to adults with mental illness in a homelike setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and life-skill training/support to consumers
- Monitor medication and participate in behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
- Document consumer activities and provide prompt reporting
- Catch bus or drive consumers for off-site activities and appointments
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to work with adults with serious mental illness
- TB Clearance and Hepatitis B vaccination
- Flexible Availability (24 hours/day, 7 days/week)
Salary and Benefits:
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Hale Na au Pono offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision plans, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans.
