Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Residential Life Coach to join our team at Hale Na'au Pono. As a Residential Life Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting our residents in achieving their goals and living independently.

About the Role
This position involves working closely with residents to identify and achieve their goals, providing daily support and guidance, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic living environment.

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with residents to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, and provide guidance on independent living skills
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a consistent and structured environment for all residents
- Document resident progress and provide regular updates to case managers and other stakeholders

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be physically able to perform job functions, including lifting and mobility
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Benefits
Hale Na'au Pono offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
