Behavioral Health Specialist

CER is expanding its residential mental health program and seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to $56,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, indoor/outdoor therapeutic environment with ramps, stairs, and gravel/uneven ground. The facility operates 24/7/365, but no on-call is required. We offer a supportive team-oriented approach to treatment, regular team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing behavioral health training.
- To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and at least 6-12 months of experience working with severely mentally ill populations. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
- We require excellent communication, time management, and crisis intervention skills. As a Case Manager, you will develop clinically based treatment relationships, help clients integrate into the community, and complete vital documentation.
