Compensation:
Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour.

Position Overview: The Field Operations Technician will assist in the deployment of specialized secondary containment systems by utilizing machinery and tools to ensure the installation is executed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery for the installation of containment systems, including skid steers and augers, while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Install, measure, and adjust components of containment systems such as posts and wall sections.
  • Accurately measure and mark post locations using basic mathematical calculations and measurement tools.
  • Set post components using construction materials like concrete and soil.
  • Support the Technical Applicator with additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in construction, landscaping, oil & gas, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience operating small to medium-sized machinery.
  • Familiarity with hand tools such as shovels and rakes.
  • Possession of a current CDL driver's license is highly preferred.
  • Ability to read both digital and manual measurement tools.
  • Capability to lift and move weights ranging from seventy-five to one hundred pounds regularly.
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks for extended periods.
  • Willingness to learn and implement safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Some overnight travel may be necessary for this position.
Working Conditions:
  • Physical activities include bending, lifting, climbing, and standing for long durations.
  • Moderate to heavy lifting and carrying is essential.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and demonstrate manual dexterity.
  • Exposure to varying noise levels, vibrations, and environmental conditions.
  • Must wear necessary protective equipment as required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Must be able to maintain focus and complete tasks despite interruptions.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary for interaction with team members.
