About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Director, Digital Transformation to join our team at PDX. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans that align with our business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including creative, media, and technology teams, to develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet business objectives.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and developing tailored marketing solutions to meet those needs.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.
- Measure and Optimize Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements
- 7+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Advanced Understanding of Integrated Marketing: Strong knowledge of integrated marketing principles, including digital, direct, brand, and data-driven marketing.
- Hands-on Experience with Marketing Technology: Proficiency in using marketing technology platforms to manage digital advertising, media audience integration, DCO, CRM, customer communications, and e-commerce.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and insights, and develop effective solutions to drive business growth.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
