Oversee Clinical Operations in a Fast-Paced Environment

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nursing Clinical Leader to join our team at Providence Medical Group South. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee clinical operations and provide strategic direction for our ambulatory care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices
  • S supervision of clinical quality, ensuring state and federal compliance and clinical support patient care services
  • Development and implementation of clinical best practices and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years recent RN experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting
  • Valid National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License (or Washington State license for locations in WA)
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment
