About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our dynamic Ambulatory clinic setting, caring for patients with urological conditions. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient transitions, and staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.

About the Job
  • Assess and manage patients' medical conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education on self-care and disease management.
  • Collaborate with interprofessional teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and administrative staff.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay current with clinical practice guidelines, evidence-based research, and regulatory requirements to maintain excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Ambulatory Care or similar settings
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and telehealth platforms
