Electro Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electro Mechanical Assembler to join our team at Augmentation, Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling complex electronic components and products with high precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test electronic components and products with attention to detail and quality.
- Work in a fast-paced production environment with a focus on meeting deadlines and productivity targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with soldering and electronics assembly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
