Job Title: Market President

Generations Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market President to lead our team in the Fayetteville market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the success of our banking operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Fayetteville market.
  • Lead and manage a team of banking professionals to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Requirements:
