Key Responsibilities:

* Execute and manage all aspects of substation projects
* Develop and manage project teams
* Coordinate with Area leadership for project reviews and with company management as needed
* Implement HDR's Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements, processes, and procedures
* Perform client management, project management, and/or technical support activities

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
* 7 years related experience
* Minimum 2 years project management experience
* PE license
* MS Office and MS Project experience required
* Demonstrated leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience and client relationships in Michigan considered a strong advantage
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, together with experience using project management tools, such as MSProject, a plus
* Experience working with Renewables developers and/or the interconnection of Renewables a plus
