Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity, including financial products, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve problems in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide on-going support to insurance customers as needed, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Requirements:
- Have excellent ability to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Be a confident self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
- Work well with other employees and be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
