  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide on-going support to insurance customers as needed, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Requirements:

  • Have excellent ability to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Be a confident self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Work well with other employees and be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
