ENT Office Support Specialist

BAY AREA ENT SPECIALISTS LLP is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to provide high-quality patient care and support in our busy ENT office. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare exam rooms, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment, adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and perform phone triage.
- Track lab results, call in prescriptions, and handle basic medical office duties.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care under the direction of physicians or clinical supervisors.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
- CPR Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Estimated Salary Range: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
