About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the Bank of America team as a Business Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing diverse administrative functions, including financial control, personnel processes, audit and compliance, premises, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage information security processes, routines, and controls to ensure compliance with Bank of America's policies and procedures.
- Represent the organization on various forums and meetings, serving as a subject matter expert on information security policies.
- Oversee performance on the GIS Dashboard, investigating out-of-control metrics and recommending actions to remediate.
- Partner with key contacts inside and outside the organization to ensure required processes and controls are well-documented and evidence is stored appropriately.
- Act as a true process owner, evolving and simplifying processes where possible.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in information security and management.
- Experience managing and analyzing large datasets, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexible, self-starter, and problem-solver capable of working through ambiguity, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to build relationships across multiple business and/or business partners, with a strong team player mentality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Information Security/management background, with working knowledge of internal Global Information Security/access management protocols.
- Knowledge of systems and processes, such as ARM, ART, BRE, and POP, a plus.
Working Hours: 1st shift (United States of America), 40 hours per week.
