About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Major Gifts Director to lead our major gift fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a track record of consistently raising six-figure gifts for charitable causes and a minimum of 3-5 years of nonprofit development experience, with an emphasis on major gifts and individual solicitation.

The Major Gifts Director will develop and manage a portfolio of key donors through a moves management process, leading them on a donor journey to maximize their lifetime value. A strong ability to empathize with donors and clearly communicate Reboot's mission is essential.

This is a full-time position, and we offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
