Role Overview

">

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience and Regulatory Design Expert to join our Product Design team. As part of this role, you will develop user-centric solutions for interface elements, including devices, packaging, digital ancillaries, and instructional materials in collaboration with the lead designer.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop product instructional design strategy, including instructional style guides and best practices.">
  • Create user journeys, user interface illustrations, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes.">
  • Conduct exploratory research to gather user insights and design trends.">
  • Evaluate user interface concepts and translate user needs into user experience and interface requirements and specifications.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Industrial/Creative Design, Medical Illustration, Information Design, or a related field.">
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Industrial/Creative Design, Medical Illustration, Information Design, or a related field.">
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, including user research, prototyping, and usability testing.">
  • Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.">
  • Familiarity with MS Windows operating systems and software applications.">
  • Strong visual and graphic design skills with a focus on user experience.">
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in medical device design.">

Benefits

Takeda offers a competitive salary range of $96,600 - $151,800 per year, based on location and qualifications. Additionally, you may be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits.
