Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Expertise: You will become well-versed in our offerings, able to articulate ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials to guests, enhancing their dining experience with thoughtful recommendations.
  • Order Management: Efficiently take and process food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and assisting with the clearing of tables as needed.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Address any guest concerns promptly, ensuring that their needs are met and their experience remains enjoyable.
  • Adherence to Procedures: Follow established guidelines to maintain operational efficiency and uphold safety standards.
  • Training and Mentorship: Seasoned servers may assist in training new staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers by taking orders, making recommendations, and providing accurate billing.
  • Handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with opening and closing tasks, including restocking supplies.
  • Maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wines and cocktails.
  • Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays.
  • Friendly and attentive demeanor.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food pairings.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement for alcohol service.
