We specialize in delivering full-service HR solutions through a PEO (Professional Employer Organization) or ASO (Administrative Services Organization) Model.

As a Sales Consultant at Emplova, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and owning the entire sales process from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for a go-getter with strong determination and a willingness to continually learn, adapt, and develop over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through effective prospecting and selling
  • Persistently pursue new client opportunities through multiple channels
  • Develop and maintain a network of relationships that will drive sales activity
  • Gain a deep understanding of Emplova's product offering and target market
  • Prepare proposals and work through the underwriting process
  • Track and manage pipeline activity through HubSpot
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while engaging with potential clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of consultative sales experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
