Job Summary

PGIM is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our Global Asset Management team. As a key member of our Capital and Strategy team, you will play a critical role in managing PGIM's balance sheet usage, including tracking and analyzing cash and internal borrowing, processing wire payments, and supporting external debt facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the management of over $1B of strategic debt allocated between several business and across over 100 investments.
  • Monitor and provide strategic insight on external credit facility, communicating daily to management collateral and loan-to-value (LTV) position leveraging both Power BI and Excel models.
  • Assist accounting teams with Agreed Upon Procedure (AUP) related to the external credit facility.
  • Partner with legal, risk, and corporate treasury on board approval and due diligence requests for assets transfers between PGIM legal entities.
  • Partner with finance and product development groups across PGIM to fund domestic and international strategic investments.
  • Contribute to quarterly presentations to the PGIM Investment Committee on AOI, capital activity fundraising, and hedging, as well as strategic deep dive presentations to management on various topics related to the PGIM seed and co-investment portfolio.
  • Participate in business-specific special projects, as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline required.
  • 3+ years proven track record working in a corporate treasury/accounting or operational role; prior experience in Asset Management is a plus.
  • Proactive self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, lead-by-example style, and the ability to shift gears when necessary and work autonomously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing and presenting financial presentations.
  • Must have strong collaboration skills and a demonstrated capability to partner.
  • Requires a high ethical standard and ability to work with confidential information.
