Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Client Support Specialist, with availability to work between 20-40 hours weekly, including potential weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional support to clients
  • Taking initiative in daily responsibilities
  • Managing incoming mail and packages
  • Handling sales and shipping processes
  • Gaining proficiency in operating various equipment and software, including packaging, copying, laminating, binding, key cutting, and maintaining organization and cleanliness
  • Exhibiting strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math abilities
  • Demonstrating reliability and accountability
  • Capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 35 pounds
