Job Summary

As a Healthcare Support Specialist with All Ways Caring HomeCare, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities

Assist nurses with various basic care activities, including dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, and vital sign monitoring
Provide personal care and support to clients, promoting their independence and dignity
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

Certification as a Nurse Assistant or Home Health Care Aide, as required by state licensure
Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and utilize proper body mechanics while performing tasks
Valid driver's license, with a satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
