Medical Assessment Role for Audiologists

We are seeking an Audiologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

The ideal candidate will have an Au.D. from an ASHA Accredited school, a current license as an Audiologist, and be COVID-19 vaccinated.

The Audiologist will conduct a Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test, and complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) in the computer portal.

This is an IN-PERSON position with a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. The Audiologist will review and assess 3-6 Veterans per day on average.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct medical assessments on United States Veterans
  • Complete a Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ)
  • Conduct a Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric test

Requirements:

  • Au.D. from an ASHA Accredited school
  • Current license as an Audiologist
  • COVID-19 vaccination
