Audiology Support Specialist

Dahl Consulting is partnering with a leading health services company to fill a permanent Audio Technician role. As a key member of the team, you will provide essential support to licensed audiologists and hearing aid specialists in a dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and facilitate testing with patients, ensuring accurate results and efficient workflow.
- Assist with cleaning and adjusting hearing aids under the direct supervision of licensed professionals.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Enter daily activity in patient management software, ensuring seamless data integration.
- Organize office supplies, maintain accurate patient files, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with professional staff to obtain and follow up on referrals from physicians, providing critical testing data for billing purposes.
- Maintain day-to-day operational procedures, ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations.
- Report information to Regional Support Specialists for insurance billing and other administrative tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of customer service/patient care experience and/or 1+ years of office management experience.
- Ability to develop knowledge of software systems, including Excel, Word, and Sycle.net.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
